Did not feel like posting separately. Strips cooked hot and fast, homemade bread, and tots seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lightly sprinkled with cayenne. Sapphire martini for the pregame and the meal was a bottle of Carnivore. Not the best but not bad at all for a Tuesday.

Depends what you need yeast for, but we just created a new sourdough starter from nothing with organic rye flour and water. Only takes a few days, the wild yeasts are already there.

Why waste the good part, removed the Money Muscle from both for Coppa
Seasoned up 1 Calabrese
1 Fennel
Vaccumed sealed an in the fridge to cure for a couple weeks....Salami Tomorrow
