DoubleEgger said:Saw this the other day at my butcher and snapped a pic of it. Couldn’t find it on Naked Whiz after a very brief search. I was back at the store again and asked them about it. They started off touting that it was South American lump, blah blah blah. I cut the guy off pretty quickly telling him that I wasn’t interested in contributing to the rampant deforestation in South America. Notice the Georgia State logo on the bag. That’s some low rent deceptive marketing. Buyer beware.

They have fought that battle here using the same defense, and the people in the neighborhoods effected, have yet to win their first case.
Hope yours has a different outcome.
movie there as we speak. Got it rented for the month. Walked past it earlier. Dude told me it was a closed set. I told him to get f-*_*d and kept walking. 2 box set trucks, 17 cars and a caterer truck and trailer on a 150’ street. Nothing to see here

How's that Louisiana Fish Fry breading? Zatarain's quit making their "Southern Chicken Fry" which was my favorite. Been looking for an alternative. Just finished getting our automation environment back up and running. We were down since shortly after 6:00 pm EST. That sucked considering I was at work at my normal time of 6:00. So a 17 hr day for me. That is really uncommon.Worst part is we do not know the root cause - yet.
Some people are going to be really, really, really busy tomorrow as I sip my tea and say “your turn...”--------------------------------------------------

Just have to deal with all the trash Nola posts on my wall. Even that is petty, compared to operating an electric utility, and negotiating with Unions. I’m pretty “thick skinned” at this point.
Cajuns are simple minded, but I love all those pics of “roundtops” full of motorcycles and stuff. His toys are “top notch” for sure! Reminds me a lot of my old shop full of bikes and classic cars.

I might have some of the Zatarain's chicken fry you speak of. I'll look.
I've never been fully satisfied with my fried chicken. Still trying to dial it in. NOLA is a fried chicken mecca and it's so easy and cheap to buy it, I'm not too motivated other than to make a personal benchmark on replicating the local breading.______________________________________________I love lamp.. -

I was on the phone with my solar panel installer this morning walking out to identify the inverter and it had been raining like a Mo-Fo. Slipped on my cement front porch and went down the steps and face planted in the front drive. Didn't miss a lick of the call.
Fast forward to meeting my internet installer at the shop this afternoon. Hey man, don't mind my face, just left a bar fight. He laughed, I told him about the face plant.
We're looking at buying a house around 8 blocks from us near the river, has a big staircase to the 2nd floor. Bridget is really concerned about accidents. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with Brent the night of his accident. I thought I was the last person he talked to but it turns out he talked to Nicole's daughter right afterwards. Nicole goes to bed early... I've stayed at his place with the stairs before.
So all this hit a little too close to home.
This is the first I've talked about that night on the forum. Brent was one of my best friends from here, we hung out outside of the bge fests, talked frequently and had a fishing trip planned that was never realized. My coping mechanism is to retreat and internalize.

Buyer beware.Just taking a wild guess here.A few years ago Kamado Joe started importing their charcoal in bulk from their source in South America (Argentina) and they do their own bagging at their facility in Georgia. It might be that KJ is also doing some private labeling and the Georgia logo is just meant to convey "Meat Head" is a Georgia company. What's printed on the backside of the bag?
