Anne got a couple of pieces of pork cheap at the supermarket. One piece of shoulder and one shoulder roast with stuffing. The shoulder was coated with mustard, S&P and then chilli jam, on at 275F for about 7 hours. The shoulder roast joined the first piece for the last 3 hours, then the temp was bumped up to crackle the skin while the other piece finished off wrapped in foil in a low oven. Home made coleslaw and home made sourdough bread.

Those bowls have been so handy, and make an awe inspiring and beautiful presentation.
My Beautiful Wife commented them again tonight.
That has been one of the nicest gifts we have received for kitchen and serving.
    Thank you again.

Oh yeah, the food looks delicious as always.

We hate to be optimistic over here, but we are playing well and have several players with star quality.  The NZ game was as complete a performance as I've seen from England, not just grinding out a win, but winning with style.
