Picked up a couple tuna steaks at Costco this afternoon. Hit them with salt, Penzeys Florida Florida seasoned pepper, and sesame seeds. On the small egg around 500*.
Served with naan from Costco as well. Lightly buttered and in the oven until warm.

Had in-laws over today smoked a pork loin and pan of Mac n cheese with rockwood peach and rockwood charcoal, served with blues hog on the side. There’s wasn’t much left which is usually a sign the compliments were more than lip service:-)
