The beans worked out well. I left them at home in the XL at about 240F and the sauce was good, but the bigger beans not done (used a 10 bean mix). Stuck the pan in a hot oven for an hour to finish them off. Served with egg fried rice, brocolli and ham.

First time griddlin’ up wings. Some tweaking to do, but first attempt not half bad. Nando’s piri piri was used to finish the wings.

Just took delivery of the post Thanksgiving turkey purge brisket. Into the freezer for a while then around 3-4 weeks of wet aging before the cook.The only way to move on from the turkeyLouisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
