I’m not sure you understand. It’s literally a goat track. As a spectator I would have serious concerns about turning an ankle or breaking something. SWMBO was upstairs and sent me a text to start the "sausage stuff" for dinner. So I browsed the fridge saw sausage and spinach...potatoes and onions on the counter.
So I chopped stuff and started cooking. She comes down and say well that doesn't look anything like the recipe I sent you.... I said what recipe? Long story short, she forgot to hit send.
I am safe. Ha! Suck it, lady.

I added one more toy to my playground. I found a used chopping block for a good price (it isn’t an antique). Now I have a good surface for slicing pizzas, briskets, and other hunks if goodness. Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
