    Anyone else notice Christian Wade showing how things should be done for something called the Buffalo Bills.  Seems to be some sort of slowed down rugby with everyone dressed like spacemen.

    Ahoy-hoy sports fans,  the football (the one that actually uses the foot) is back, back, back.  It seems like forever ago that we* last revelled in the machinations of a bunch of lads running about, falling over and periodically giving the ball a bit of humpty.

    It’s game 1 tomorrow and already many are confidently predicting who will be champions and who’s getting relegated., but that shouldn’t ruin the fun.

    Just hold in mind the season works like this,

    • no one counts the first few games because apparently the players are getting fit.
    • a manger gets sacked about 5 games in.  Others follow suit throughout the season.
    • The team that lucked out and got in to Europe (Wolves) flatline in October.  And no teams are allowed there from November because some idiots thought it better to not be friends with Europe.
    • December is a collision of far too many games.
    • January is futile because its the transfer window and FA Cup early rounds.
    • 10 teams get safe from March and give up.
    • A few odd details keep interest alive through April.

    But we love it.

    So the matches;

    Who know’s?  One of the promoted teams will get a flyer.  Man City will win - because they always do.  Pretty much everything else is pointless to predict as it's still the cricket season.

    *that use of the term 'we' is only barely credible, I know, but humour me.  And that ‘u’ should be there, thanks.

    Bloody elitist Premiership fans ignoring the fact that the season started last weekend =)
    Give me just this season.  Perhaps we'll pass each other before next season, you know my confidence in the mighty Palace.

    i see it often at work, always drugs down the street and an active addict living next door in a garage.  another addict next door from the house, he is currently in rehab (this one conned another neighbor out of 8500 a few weeks bad for putting in a granite tile driveway, got the money for the granite and well...)   dont know how either is not dead, the body is pretty tough at times

    Windows Server 2008 R2. Can't upgrade the OS until the stupid vendor makes sure their crappy application is compatible.
