I was out working in the garage last evening. I found a cardboard pizza in the deep freeze when out there. The egg was only a few feet away from where I was working. Easy enough.

@nolaegghead Thanks. Yeah, I glanced at several recipes online but yours look better, lol. That’s why I asked - you shouldn’t make it look so good.
I’ve about decided that any recipe that involves a roux is going to be tasty.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

some drunk dumbass served raw shrimp cocktails this weekend and nobody noticed

Adjustments to recipe: don't add any salt until the end. Canned peas are pretty salty to start.SciAggie said:@nolaegghead Thanks. Yeah, I glanced at several recipes online but yours look better, lol. That’s why I asked - you shouldn’t make it look so good.

Lil bit of corn starch helps thicken, based on your roux. Darker the roux the less ability to thicken.______________________________________________I love lamp.. -

Sorry to hear about that @ColtsFan. I hope your wife is okay.

Bummer on the house. To get that far means you really liked it, but better to walk than to deal with wood destroying insects. Better luck on the next one @ColtsFan--------------------------------------------------
