Chicken last night. Nothing special, but it’s been a while since I posted a cook.
Raised direct @275F for about two hours. Hit with Tsunami Spin and then a painting of spicy bbq sauce for the final few mins.

I've spent all Memorial Day weekend working on the yard. It's currently raining and will be the rest of this evening. So that keeps me in the garage. I'm not complaining any.
I noticed some faint surface rust in a few areas of my smoker. I figured it's a perfect time to turn on some tunes and do a little clean up on it. Starting with the firebox.
