@thetrim - Grab your slides??  I have accumulated several more laps of the sun than you and slides were NAVY old school in the early 90's.  I hope Army football runs in the same universe.  =)

Yesterday I tried to brief an Air Force Major General, but my boss's boss had called AFSC that morning and basically told the General everything I was prepared to brief.
I have to question why I'm even here, sometimes.

Nights like this feel like stealing time.

Almost December, 60 degrees out, rain stopped, wings on the Egg, drink in hand, watching my amazing wife feed my “hangry” toddler as we wait for friends to arrive.

    Enjoy the little things.

Definitely need a sharper knife to get a clean cut  ;)
I've perfected soft boil on a particular size and brand of egg.   FYI - Henrik just got back yesterday from South Africa.   Told me a cool story about breaking down in the countryside.  A farmer put him up for the night, fed him and trucked his Tenere into town for a new tyre.

I always sort for size with boiled eggs to get them right, don't have the brand problem as they are home grown. On Masterchef this week somone did a slow boiled egg. Did it in a pan using a Thermapen, 45 minutes at 65 Centigrade. The Chefy types said it was perfect, hard to see on TV but the yolk was runny and the white was set but slightly translucent.

Does the Buffalo have something against real football (soccer) or sports threads in general?

I think really pretty much anything that is not somehow connected to the Egg in a clear way is fodder for the Buffalo.  The “safest” way to address this when it comes to sporting events is to have a thread asking what everyone is cooking on their BGE for “the big game”, etc.  Obviously that doesn’t lend itself to every situation, but you get the drift.

I'm sure @CPFC1905 will redo the thread and ensure we all include Egg content from now on. Gotta keep the fun from getting out of control.

Enjoying this very early winter weather we have been getting this year. December the 1st and it’s already down in the 80’s. Only feels like 85 today. We usually don’t see this kind of extreme cold until January or February. Hope it stays like this👍

Seen the water. At this point in my life, I am not thinking 71F water is where I want to be, nor do I want to be on the beach with the sand blowing like it is.
Waves are impressive, the huge white caps .25 miles out are equally as genuine.
    Rest well.

She does take after Patty, she is her beautiful Identical daughter. We know who the mother is for sure.
Trying hard to believe Robin had anything to do with that.
Just kidding Robin. Morgan has your wonderful qualities as well. I know you are proud. You should be.
    Happy Birthday Morgan.
