Also, our waitress was an actual Italian.  And hot.

Bought this Saturday and decided to sand and season it today.
Started with 3 coatings of olive oil,
Then moved on to breakfast. No pictures of the eggs that went with the bacon!
Finished seasoning this pan and while the egg was hot, added more seasoning to two Dutch ovens, a frying pan, and my small pan for cooking breakfast eggs. Baking pan after the seasoning session:
Prepped ABT's for a cook tomorrow. Home grown (not by me) Jalepenos and some store bought stuffed with Boar's head creamy Havarti jack, cooked hickory smoked Conecuh sausage, cream cheese covered with Lane's Signature rub and wrapped with thin bacon.
Giving these to a friend tomorrow. Looking forward to pizza on the new pan real soon.

Bought a Coleman cooler to add to the collection. Short notice purchase because of the heat - need something to keep the food coolish when camping. Rotamoulded not easy to come by here in the UK, hopefully the Coleman does the job if not quite as sturdy. Starting the pre-cooling.

Basil cashew lime vermicelli bowl from an epicurious email.  Chicken instead of pork, snap peas instead of green beans.  Good chit, will do again.

You will find that it will come together rather quickly if you just sit out side with a bottle (or few) of your best red. This will stimulate those creative juices in a way that you will have an awesome kitchen my friend. Bring in another line (and meter) if necessary....but get-r-done!

It will get done. Just small steps, initially.

Just spending more money on amazon.  Ordered a Lodge 12” pan, 9.5”x16.75” reversible grill/griddle, bacon press and some new BBQ gloves.  All getting here Friday to compliment my new CGS AR combo arriving Friday as well.

Not selling, just moving everything to my new building on my other property. It will be more convenient to have everything in one place.

I am heading down to join SWIMBO at the beach tomorrow. Just found out she was out running on the beach with the dogs. Seagulls interfered, pile of wife and dogs ensued resulting in three broken toes. Going to be a long painful weekend.

    It turned out great.
