I hear ya, food marketing/labeling, pi$$es me off.

All I care about on that label is Berkshire.  This was Thanksgiving, same "Limited Edition".  It's good.

That is a beautiful photo / Ham right there.

Thank you.  I'm hoping this one will be as good.  Keeping it simple with a Coke spritz, and a pineapple jalapeno glaze.  I have this stuff from Chili Dawgs, Mangonero glaze, that's a possibility.  Love to double smoke, sweeten, and heatin', a salty ham.

We had that get into our system a few years back. Our IT group quarantined the computers, and dumped the accounts, sent them to the FBI.
The FBI tracked the source, and I am not 100% sure, but I was told, they made an arrest. To this very day, no files were ever recovered, and they are not going to be from those that did the crime.
Many files were recovered internally, from safe sources. Many personal files, photos, movies, music, etc., were lost.
Back up at the end of the day, everyday.

    Absolutely!

We have continuous incremental backup software that runs every hour for a lot of clients. That information is then stored locally at their site, and replicated to our servers. So if they were to have an issue with deleting contents or with Ransomware, we can go back to the previous hour and restore their files.

Unfortunately, this client didn't see this as a necessary service.

Another example of backup importance, we had a Veterinarian Office catch fire last week and destroy their servers and all PC's. Luckily they had offsite replication to our office. In less than 12 hours after the fire, we had virtual machines spun up on our servers and had them up and running at their temporary location. They were VPNing back to our office to access their needed resources.

Ok...I'll stop with the geek talk :)
