OT - What are you doing now? (2025)

Sitting by the fire eating a charcuterie board and hanging out with the wife.  This is our tradition :)

That's a he!! of a board.  I'm sure given the early time out there and the flow of bubbly, making it to 2025 this MST PM will be a challenge.
    Regardless, Happy New Year.

My inner bearing on my truck decided to explode while the outer bearing decided to weld itself on to the spindle. That was interesting when going 65 mph down the highway.

So it was a new steering knuckle, lower ball joint, and brakes.

    I'm looking forward to 2025!

You might should do the other side! Or at least pack the bearings

Just hosted some of our best friends for an evening of laughs, wine, raclette, Moët, crème brûlée, cappuccino, cigars and scotch. One guest was a former sous chef and is one of the biggest reasons I ever took an interest in cooking. Have been getting together for NYE almost yearly for over 20 years.

    Happy New Year, all.
What a great way to ring in the New Year!

My heart goes out to those in New Orleans. Hope NOLA is doing ok.

It appears that someone intentionally set off a VBIED in front of Trump Tower here this morning. Welcome to 2025.

Terrible situation in NOLA. Less than 2 hours from here. One of the 15 victims a local. Well known family. NOLA govt. is completely incompetent from the mayor all the way to PD. Let’s hope this gets turned over to someone else.
