@Ozzie_Isaac - I got one of those emails from the accountant, then after about two days got one that said "never mind, it was an error."  Sheesh!

The perfect time to email him back, "I couldn't afford your new rate and found a new accountant for 20% less, would you be willing to beat that?"
I wouldn’t want to work with someone who was trying to screw me for any price.

The wife’s taking down Christmas decorations and I’m getting the snow gear ready. Gonna salt the hell out of the drive before it all starts. Myles is supervising the wife.

Not saying it’s perfect, but my pizza game is getting there. Don’t have an outdoor pizza oven yet, so this was done with the kitchen clock again. The 00 flour has been the game changer.

00 really is designed for high temperatures, so I hope you’ll consider a pizza oven at some point.  It’ll raise your pizza game up another couple of levels.

As a bonus, the Roccbox and Ooni ovens work well for all sorts of other things, like steaks, shish kabobs and naan bread.

Admiring this beauty.  The googly eyed fish pool is my favorite part. (Be warned the amount of style in this house may make you dizzy.  Sit down and shutoff all heavy equipment before enjoying)

@Ozzie_Isaac -no way I'm admiring that.  As you note, the style is overwhelming.  No wonder it's for sale!

I will eventually get the outdoor oven. Been looking at the options and have even been exploring the diy route.

It’s not super high, but the indoor oven gets up to 525. The 00 bag says to use 500, but the extra 25 degrees seems to help. I would imagine it only getting better with higher temp.

That place certainly has ALL of the styles. I personally think the Viking ship table rounds it out. Hope you find your modest vacation house Oz.

Just got back from the Bob Dylan movie - it’s very good.  We enjoyed it, felt like we learned a lot.

We will probably do it New Year's Eve again. So far we've done it a couple years in a row. We buy restaurant gift cards in random things for the kids as prizes.

I just meant that I’m not sure either of us knew too much about Dylan before the movie.

It is an entertaining movie no matter what.

Sir, it looks like you mis-filed this.  It should have been posted to the “What are you cheffing” thread, even though you are not a doctor.
