    I will eventually get the outdoor oven. Been looking at the options and have even been exploring the diy route. 

    It’s not super high, but the indoor oven gets up to 525. The 00 bag says to use 500, but the extra 25 degrees seems to help. I would imagine it only getting better with higher temp.

    We will probably do it New Year's Eve again. So far we've done it a couple years in a row. We buy restaurant gift cards in random things for the kids as prizes.

    Yes sir doing the same.   Covering all spigots, bleeding/capping/covering the irrigation system.    Now waiting for my daughter and her sleepover friends wake up to do a Blackstone breakfast.

    How long are you supposed to be near 30?  I suspect you will be fine.
