  We have had 3 days with snow, two that had actual accumulation.  That is absolutely crazy for us.  Usually only get measurable snow every 4 years or so.

  If it is worth doing, it is worth overdoing.

  @ColtsFan - just catching up on the storm news from yesterday.  Whoa.  Something like 50 tornadoes across the MidWest between yesterday and this morning.  We're getting some pretty strong winds here today, but I suspect nothing like what just rolled through your neck of the woods.

  @lkapigian those cuts are rich beyond belief.  I don't know how many you are cooking for but 4-5 ounces/person will do the job.

  The cook is quite easy.  Just get a CI skillet quite hot and flip frequently.

  I have found the guidance in the below link to be solid:

  Thanks @lousubcap , I think around 10 or so people, as much cooking as I do, it’s a rare day I cook a regular dinner let alone a steak lol…I’ll have a fire pit going so I’ll toss a cast iron skillet in there
