I passed on it. I just noticed it had the name Griswold on it for anyone who might be a collector. Neat to see one come up for sale.Botch said:

You'll have noticed that the Irish Guards are present in that image. As such it was serendipitous that we had a short message of congratulations & friendship from Ireland's finest export to the US of A, Mr Barrak O'Bama.Ozzie_Isaac said:

No idea what the process is like there but what I noticed here is that you can borrow bigger multiples of income but the offer is based upon a stress test on your income, about +5% over offer rate.
Seems market rate here is between 2.5% and 3%. Bank of England base rate is 1%. Tie-in periods for the fixed rate deals are extending too, 7 and 10 years more common. Previously it wouldn't be more than 5 years.
Oh dear, too many words on a dull subject. Sorry.

@Ozzie_Isaac, @CPFC1905 - Watched "Her Majesty the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Celebration" on Britbox earlier this week and was blown away by the horsemanship displayed by many of the participants including La Maison du Roe, the Royal Calvary of Oman, the riders from the Republic of Azerbaijan. and the King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery.Ubi panis, ibi patria.

I think this is going to be one of the best NBA finals in quite some time. The first half represented that. Pulling for the Celtics.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

Watching the celtics play against the tall guys in the white costumes. Wondering why they can't coordinate shoe colors. Seems silly when everything else matches from the top down to the socks, but then you get to the shoes and all hell breaks loose. I'm not really into sports .. but this seems like a major oversight in the whole series and it's only game one. 😔

Everyone knows MLB playoffs are in October with World Series at the end of October (game 7 usually around Halloween). You can set your calendars by it. Everytime I turn on the TV some NBA player os flopping like a soccer player and they are talking about the finals.saluki2007 said:

If you are flopping you will have a foul called on you and possibly fined.Large and Small BGECentral, IL -

I don't think anyone wins in this situation unless you're from New England or California. No small market team to pull for.
I'll have to go with Celtics but it hurts to even admit that."The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

As a Grizzles fan I agree. The next best thing is a good match up that will create an exciting chess match. This series will check that box and every game should be an exciting one. The worst thing would be all the games being blow outs.WeberWho said:saluki2007 said:I think this is going to be one of the best NBA finals in quite some time. The first half represented that.
