Just a quick sandwich to keep wifey happy. The green is spinach. If you dress the greens before assembling, they’re quite the added treat.

@Foghorn, regarding the apple cider vinegar overnight on the tenderloins; definitely didn't have a negative effect. Seemed to keep them nice n juicy. Hard to tell about the flavor since I used so much in the way of rubs, etc..."There are a million ways to surf, and as long as you're smiling, you're doing it right"

@Ozzie_Isaac: Thanks. The pan has a great lid that I often employ while trying to heat up the sandwiches’ interior and melt some cheese.

Right now it is, French onion dip with Lay’s wavy.
I drink cheap beer so I can afford good bourbon.

Looks really good and minimalist as far as ingredients. Good for doctoring, as you did with all of the added carrots and spinach. Will be trying this. Thanks for sharing.NDG said:Tonight we made Greek Lemon Soup ( avgolemono ) - hit the spot !!

Looks perfect for this time of year. Personally, I would have skipped the grapes though - that’s what first came to mind when I saw those onions.Acn said:

We tried our hand at making a balm for our RA. The base is non-hydrogenated coconut oil, fresh aloe, frankincense, copaiba and MCT oil.

Getting into one of my personal challenge objectives mentioned on here with chargrilled oysters:

Always a fun cook and fast once to temperature.
Ran around 30 seconds too long for a few but the best I can get outside Drago's in New Orleans.
Stay healthy and safe out there-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
Looks amazing, Frank. Oysters are something that I love, but are seemingly and increasingly the only consumable that doesn’t love me back.lousubcap said:Getting into one of my personal challenge objectives mentioned on here with chargrilled oysters:

Stay healthy and safe out there-Interesting factoid: It is said that the cloudier the juices (i.e., “liquour”), the more procreative the mixture. Don’t know if it’s true, and not sure I’d like to look into it further. Either way, I enjoyed them greatly while I could and wish I was still able.Looks like you did them up in style. -
