@JohnInCarolina - Ribs look great.  Which do you prefer flavor-wise?
BTW- did I miss the $$ shot??

Definitely the gochujang.  But everyone agreed the flavor is not quite as good as my standard, a combination of local NC sauces.

No money shot, so I guess it didn’t happen?  🤷🏻‍♂️

A very, very bastardized pulled pork. Apologies to the purists.

I am really not sure what I am looking at.  Looks like sliders made with beef ribs & eggs and served in a soup.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Time to adjust your glasses prescription, @Ozzie_Isaac. Pulled pork with old cheddar, mayo, bbq sauce, some pickled veg and a fried egg (causing the “soup,” as you would call it).

@GrateEggspectations - my eyes are fine other than I don't know why I didn't see that photo til now.  I caught the build with the fried egg-always an enhancer.  Great eats right there.

    One lonely rack of ribs.

@JohnInCarolina did you get to use the new fangled generator ?

@Foghorn - to the non butcher (and non surgeon) here, looks like plate, short and very meaty back ribs.  Regardless of my guess, you are living the high life right there.  A full up "Better to be lucky than good" cook.  Enjoy!

We did not lose power today, at least not so far.

The new generator has come on a few times over the past year.  I’m really glad we had it installed.  It just gives us a lot of peace of mind.

Whatever it is, I would eat it.  Thought maybe you were working on your Michelin stars.

@Foghorn - I am quite confident that all who view this will appreciate the $$ shots.  Those are finishes of true beauty. Enjoy and sleep well knowing you nailed the cooks.

Looks great, as usual. Do you sometimes sear after the hot tub? I’ve found a torch to be the best application for that. Some sing the praises of a hot pan, but I like the intensity of a torch, as it keeps me from overcooking.
