Almost completed chicken, onion, cheese bbq chicken sandwiches.
Chicken was egged previously.

The Hungry Hussey did a YouTube video on that. I made it a few weeks ago. The only change I made was to char the veggies and sear the meat on the Blackstone before adding it to the InstaPot. Also took the meat out of the InstaPot and threw in back on the Blackstone to get it crispy. I did the exact same thing lol. I have made it both ways- charred veg and seared meat (this time) and just throw it all in (first time). It was a couple of years apart but I can’t say it made a huge difference. They were both really good.Griffin said:

Re heating a brisket that made a 700+ mile trip with me.

Pre-cook shot, mostly prepped.
Potatoes go in for 1:15 or so, carrots for 30. Tenderloin goes until 125 IT, then will be pulled. Probably goes in with carrots. Once the steak is pulled, in the CI pan, will make white wine sauce while tenderloin rests.
