My wife and I managed three dinners from one chicken.First meal:
Second meal used one breast for a chicken and mushroom pasta, unfortunately forgot to take a picture.

I made a half gallon of tapioca pearl pudding....I know it sounds silly, but it's my favorite comfort food, right up there with mac n cheese.

@fishlessman hard to beat a good Chili cheese dog. Would really love to have a better bun. But there aren't any available around me. I'm kinda in a bread desert.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

Look for a bread heartier than traditional hotdog buns. Hotdog buns and lobster rolls are too soft to hold up to what we attempt to put them thru

A little person in my house was slicing bananas and left them out. So when I went to cut some salami it was just right there, waiting to go together.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

To be clear - that is not my collection. I’m at the ranch of a good friend. He allowed me to coordinate a retreat at his ranch for a group of coworkers and have us full - and free - access to everything. We will have an egghead gathering here one day. His meat
orocessing facility is second to none. He and his family made 2000 pounds of venison sausage over Thanksgiving and he says that some of his equipment is nearing the end of its life so he is going to upgrade. @nolaegghead that looks really good. We went to Mexican food place that we've never been to ,that my sister has been bragging about. It was good.2 cheese and onion topped with queso.1 guacamole enchilada with tomatillo sauce. All topped with fajita beef ,chicken and pico. With beans and rice.
