I toured the "rectangular pizza pocket" factory to look at some of their utility equipment. I'd still eat them after the tour!

Made some ribs and mac and cheese, accompanied by coleslaw for my daughter’s birthday. Cake was a fantastically moist “pink lady” strawberry cake (https://smittenkitchen.com/2008/10/pink-lady-cake/), featuring a beautifully balanced cream cheese frosting, and made and dropped off by my s-i-l - a most excellent baker.(Note the utensil placement.)
