Smoked a 6.5lb butt yesterday using @YukonRon’s peach method. Got on the grate at 9:30am and pulled just before 6. Paired with some gruyere/cheddar Mac n cheese in the crockpot. We ate well yesterday and looking forward to the leftovers today.
