From my understanding it downloads recipes, remote monitoring, remote support, etc.TN_Egger said:what does a $35k oven do? Do I need one?
The oven itself is a steamer, convection oven, oven, and broiler. The damn thing has a "hand shower" to sanitize your hands before you open the doors and get inside.
And yes, you need one. You would be #1 for show and tell that day~ John - Formerly known as ColtsFan - https://www.instagram.com/hoosier_egger

Figured out a way to weigh the dry aging Japanese A5 Wagyu brisket, since its losing weight so slowly, I can't weight it on my 17 lb max kitchen scale. It's lost 1.97 pounds, 9.57% of its starting weight (20.57 lbs) in H2O. Should I go for a Halloween day cook, i.e. 100 days? It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

Had some chicken breasts marinating in Walkerswood Mild for about 72 hours. Griddled them up tonight on the Blackstone along with some seasoned asparagus.

Decided to just eat off the board tonight instead of dirtying more dishes. -

Women must hate you or you live in Utah.
It made a whole bunch of sense a split second later when I stopped to fully read the post. Ha! Congrats you two.

I just read some snobby beer blog where they thought high life and other macro beers were terrible. Someone commented they drink high life to get smashed on quantity over quality and they were ridiculed.

And drinking just to get smashed is something they should be ridiculed for as well, even more so if they’re over 22.LBGE

I'm about to take an 8 hour nap. Pancakes and bacon with syrup and butter is the best. My wife was surprised, so there's a few brownie pointslkapigian said:

Cheap beers tend to be pilsners and not everyone cares for them. I could go on a long rant about how pilsners should not exist, but I won't. I don't care for them too much, but if Bud light is all that is available, I'll have one. Miller genuine draft is ok in a pinch. Feel the same way about the pricier ones as well.milesvdustin said:What's wrong with cheap beer???It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".
