From my understanding it downloads recipes, remote monitoring, remote support, etc.

The oven itself is a steamer, convection oven, oven, and broiler. The damn thing has a "hand shower" to sanitize your hands before you open the doors and get inside.

And yes, you need one. You would be #1 for show and tell that day

Figured out a way to weigh the dry aging Japanese A5 Wagyu brisket, since its losing weight so slowly, I can't weight it on my 17 lb max kitchen scale.  It's lost 1.97 pounds, 9.57% of its starting weight (20.57 lbs) in H2O.  Should I go for a Halloween day cook, i.e. 100 days?
It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

Maybe I'm dyslexic or scrolling too fast but I thought your post said, "Celebrating wife 21 tonight".

Women must hate you or you live in Utah.  ;)

It made a whole bunch of sense a split second later when I stopped to fully read the post. Ha! Congrats you two.

    What's wrong with cheap beer???

I've had a taste for Busch Lite recently.  It's get you to the finish line just as well as anything else out there.

It’s absolute garbage.  You know why they serve light beer cold?  So you can tell it isn’t p!ss.

And drinking just to get smashed is something they should be ridiculed for as well, even more so if they’re over 22.

I'm about to take an 8 hour nap. Pancakes and bacon with syrup and butter is the best. My wife was surprised, so there's a few brownie points

Cheap beers tend to be pilsners and not everyone cares for them.  I could go on a long rant about how pilsners should not exist, but I won't.  I don't care for them too much, but if Bud light is all that is available, I'll have one.  Miller genuine draft is ok in a pinch.  Feel the same way about the pricier ones as well.
