We eat early - about 2, so this is prepared at about 6:30-7:00pm.
Leftover dark meat on a Kings Hawaiian roll with leftover coleslaw and a hefty amount of fresh cracked pepper. The side is potato chips. Have had this every year for as long as I can remember, and have zero plans on mixing it up. I actually like it better than the main meal.
If if you need an updated and better pic, standby. I will get one for you about 7:00 pm on Thursday.

CREAM TURKEY SLIDERS.
——————————-
Started w a light roux
Added celery, onion, carrot, turkey.
Mad max Turkey stock and half and half.
Halved a whole loaf of Kings Hawaiin rolls and buttered both sides.
Added a layer of Sharp Provolone.
Topped w creamed turkey. I let it get very thick and used a slotted spoon to put it on the provolone cheese topped rolls.
Then added another layer of provolone. I used 1/2 lb of the provolone on these.
Topped with the other half of the rolls and into a 350 oven for 15 mins.
Cut em out w a knife and plated.
This is the best left over meal I’ve ever done and a very successful effort and what is essentially a soup sandwich!=======================================
