Ron will win this thing with beef tenderloin sliders and six bottles of wine.

You wouldn’t stand a chance against this banana pudding brother. My MIL makes it and it’s light -years better than anything I’ve ever had.

    CREAM TURKEY SLIDERS.
    ——————————-
    Started w a light roux
    Added celery, onion, carrot, turkey.
Mad max Turkey stock and half and half.

Halved a whole loaf of Kings Hawaiin rolls and buttered both sides.

Added a layer of Sharp Provolone.

Topped w creamed turkey.  I let it get very thick and used a slotted spoon to put it on the provolone cheese topped rolls.

Then added another layer of provolone. I used 1/2 lb of the provolone on these.

Topped with the other half of the rolls and into a 350 oven for 15 mins.

Cut em out w a knife and plated.

This is the best left over meal I’ve ever done and a very successful effort and what is essentially a soup sandwich!

@thetrim that is one impressive creation right there, especially for an ex-ground pounder.  Wow!
