Quiche. Smoked gouda, glazed ham bits, turkey and veg mish mash that I fished out when making the stock for masala gravy. Toasted Cumin, coriander, fennel, and gochugaru in the mix as well.

Thanksgiving Hash and Eggs. Not fancy. But delish.
It's a 302 thing . . . -
I just had a big slice of leftover apple and pumpkin pie. No pic, you know what it looks like.

Boileregger said:Egged pot pie Turkey, veggies, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Baked in the egg at 400 then topped with pillsbury biscuits for the last 15 minutes. The family destroyed it, which is why I couldn't get a finished pic. Best compliment you can get is when the wife says it is perfect.

Put the leftover turkey in a stock pot along with a bunch of root veggies (turnip, carrots, celery , onion, garlic) heck you know the drill, y'all taught me. Then made turkey noodle soup. It was good and I had enough turkey stock to freeze for later.
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Y’all hurry up and get them in!
Ashish came in strong late. Trim is in the lead.
I will post a winner in the morning.
Also, I saw this on IG a minute ago. Just thought I would pass it along. Leftover smoked turkey breakfast tacos.

For those of you that are unaware of the military slang term, I will leave this here. NSFW https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.urbandictionary.com/define.php%3fterm=soup%2bsandwich&=true
Thanks to all of those that participated, we had some awesome entries. I will leave the ball in Steve’s court for a future Throwdown of his choosing."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

@tarheelmatt What victory? haha. You bailed on us this year...wanted to make sure it was fair to the competition?
@caliking Trim texted me yesterday and said if you beat him he was going to appeal the decision. Something about bias based on homoerotic bourbon drinking in the woods of NC."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

A slice of Thanksgiving pot pie, using extra pie crust. From the bottom - confit turkey leg, cranberry sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, stuffing. I’ll show a better plate later with a side of greens and gravy on top, but this was breakfast.

Congrats to @thetrim -- no one had a chance against that dish! Would like some right now, tbh. You, Sir, earned the win.
Having racked up a grand total of 2 likes, I'll try to get over my butt hurt by gazing upon my participation trophy . . . it'll be a struggle to get out of bed again, much less try to compete again against all y'all creative and expert leftover jockeys!
Thanks again @Killit_and_Grillit for running this throwdown and to all participants for kicking azz, taking names, feeding your peeps, and showing us all what you got!

I know I’m late to enter but this was simple and awesome. Mixed up turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and green beans and baked until warm in a skillet. Then broiled it until crispy, and topped with cheddar and a bacon-fat-fried egg
-
Thank you @HendersonTRKing I really appreciate that!
