Can't find the thread where Chuck asked about this, but I made wings tonight with a dredge through seasoned flour. No drying. Just flour and rub. Could've used more rub, but crispest skin I've had. Indirect on the max until brown. Temps between 300-400 throughout. Needed to flip once more as they were a little black on one side.

It's such a fun little car to throw around. I was planning on modding it, but since it's paid off, getting that check was a no-brainer since we needed a bigger car now that the kids are getting older. It needs the timing belt replaced soon, along with the DPF and EGR, so I didn't feel like dropping 1500 bucks on maintanence just to then turn it in. Plus, we are going to be WAY ahead of the depreciation curve on the new car.pgprescott said:

I will try bud, and report back if I do. Two things drew me in. The color, and the size. My fat paws can fit in just fine for a healthy pinch. Seemed like all of the salt pigs I've come across, wood, marble, etc, are all too small.Eggcelsior said:@focker can you find anymore of those salt pigs? Me want!BrandonQuad Cities
