Is that in the Tanger outlet mall?  We recently had a Tanger outlet mall opened by us, but I haven't seen a store called "The Pork Outlet".   I would actually go shopping at a store called The Pork Outlet.

Don't think so, it's across the road from the abattoir.  Not a mall friendly operation.

Love how the Hawk's Nest is buried in a hill above the Vine Pub.  A short strut to the game and back.

Wasn't without slop, but the Fighting Illini got the job done down the stretch.

A few of my boys were posted up at the Vine pregame.  So cool, they saved us by taking us in at their table, forgot our tix, on the table when leaving this mornin.

My boy Jesse, behind me, and Jim, on the left, and Bean not pictured, we go way back....reminiscin on glory days sh!t, even goin to this game annually.  For ex, remember Jesse knockin a dude out, crumblin into the Nascar video game right in front of me, at one of our local bars, Casey's.  Crazy how life flies, and the small world of the Midwest.  Caught a lot of sh!t for the black and gold.  Won't win dad of the year for this pic with them at a table behind us, but the youngins definitely want to come back next year.  That's a win in my book.

Mellow large ribeye and house post game celebratory banquet.

Dinner last night along with the remains of the chicken.

The 'pancake' shaped things are Staffordshire Oatcakes, native to the Northern part of Staffordshire around Stoke on Trent. We can sometimes get them at the supermarket, there's always a market for these with expat Stokies.

I want to try and make these on the Egg once I have a flat CI skillet. I tried before once, but the oat flour batter is really hard to make properly as it tends to turn into a lump of glue and refuse to thin down. Don't suppose any of you guys have experience making batter from oat flour?

Trying to figure out how to justify eggplant parmesan for breakfast.  First time trying, no pic and no bge involved, but this recipe is worth sharing.  One change I made, I cooked the sauce on the stove the whole time instead of in the oven.

Wondering how I got hosed by the weather gods...I'm waiting for the sunshine, blue sky and high 60's*F.  So far all overcast and temp has moved two *F in 6 hours to a decent 53*F.  Mind you I'm not complaining about this weather in Feb but was hoping for a bit closer to the predicted.  At least the ground hog has forgotten about his shadow siteing to date.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@bgebrent - I phqued up when I called the audible for today and thawed three racks of ribs (beef back, pork BB's and st louis cut) for the stick burner.  Otherwise I was gonna just fire up a couple of chix on the barrel cooker.  That is a fire and forget-obviously the stick burner is not.
My plan was to enter LEO on a nice afternoon tossing sticks on the fire-the LEO flight plan will occur.  Launch weather pattern not as desired.  Onward, and upward.
