I saw Carly's rattling off how many battalions we need, etc. as subterfuge to seem like she knows foreign policy.   Pretty easy to memorize a hard core general's recommendations.  I want to see some deeper understanding about the nuances of the issues going through multiple levels.

To deal with Putin, she said she'd rebuild the Sixth Fleet, conduct regular military exercises in the Baltics, send a thousand troops to Germany, and put nukes in Poland.  None of that makes a lick of sense.  A lot of sound and fury.  

Anybody think "The Martian" is going to be worth catching in theaters? 

I guess we could give more Muslim countries nuclear weapons.... I mean, it makes sense. I never said I hate an entire group of people. There's a few mindless liberals I like.

I can't stand toe to toe with you/John in political debating.  I just don't think Kerry or Hillary was exactly In the same league as say Kissinger or even Rice.  Carly isn't either I'm sure but she appears to be a little more Thatcheresque than the current administration   I'm tired of abandoning Israel,  signing agreements with people who love the Ol death to America chant etc.   So yeah, she's not a geopolitical god but I  sure think she wouldn't sell us out, draw meaningless red lines etc.  I doubt she'd have her husband holding up #saveourgirls signs with his pouty face on..    And she has at least been involved a bit :  http://www.cnn.com/2015/05/04/politics/carly-fiorina-foreign-policy/
I know I know she was just a consultant, but my goodness Kerry as Sec State?  Bottom line,  I'd take any of em except Paul and Trump.  I was fed up enough to halfway like Trump till HIS attempt at policy talk last PM.   And yes I'd of loved the Star Wars bed.  Sorry but this was an OT thread and I did wuss out in devastated thread.   I am out now tho cause I'm tired and you'll just ridicule me.  So dismiss me as you wish but your team has divided this country over 8 yrs and redefined pandering. So intellectualize it anyway you like.
