I met the big fella at the Masters this weekend. As I was taking a break from my post I head a man trying to sell his brisket to the folks at concessions. He said he could serve better Q than they were. Intrigued, I told the guy I knew someone who could cook a better brisket. Turns out the man was the man-- @The Cen-Tex Smoker
