I met the big fella at the Masters this weekend. As I was taking a break from my post I head a man trying to sell his brisket to the folks at concessions. He said he could serve better Q than they were. Intrigued, I told the guy I knew someone who could cook a better brisket. Turns out the man was the man-- @The Cen-Tex Smoker

Ha ha. Funny stuff. Great meeting you too chubbs! We had an awesome trip. I need rehab bad but probably not going to happen any time soon.

My sister in law may be getting married in Nola in the near future. I might have to build an extra day or two into the trip to damage my liver more with you

Yeah man. Pretty fun and very lucky to be able to do it. This was my 7th year.
