@nolaegghead- Speaking of oysters, I think I have come up with a real close replica of the OceanA sauce. Been playing around with it. The wife says it's close.

Theirs is the best I've had. I got this one real close, but there is still a minor difference. My wife swears that she detects a "shrimp sauce" taste in theirs. I myself can't, but I may be eating it to fast to detect it. We need to go there when we are full so we can eat a few dozen slow and try to pin it down to a T. 6 of those are prime. They are not for me but for the local VFW. The bottom 2 however are for me. They are Akaushi. I thought why not throw them on while unit #1 was online.
