No way, whole goat?!? I haven't had, would love to try. I was at Restaurant Depot the other week and saw they stocked goats. Won't fit on my egg, hmm another reason to buy a bigger cooker...

    Will be watching.

Listen here brother. If you decide to get a big offset rig, give me a call. Why? I test and tune pits for some pretty big pit builders. The test pits, once tuned and all dimensions have been documented and recorded are sold at cost. What does this mean? Basically I can get you a 15,000 dollar pit for about 5,000-6,000 dollars. That's a substantial savings for a new pit that only has had 2 or 3 test fires in it. It's how I buy all of mine now. Fixing to pick up Unit 7 and Unit 8 myself. I only need about 3 weeks notice.

Here is my next monster after tuning and testing is complete.
I'm tuning this one for brother Shirley out of Tuscaloosa Al. Both a very fine man and pit builder to say the least.

Impressive to say the least. I think my next will be a Meadow Creek PR-60 before a huge offset. I have had good success with the PR-60 in the few times I have used them. I can only hope eventually I will have both real estate and budget at the same time to afford a huge offset, and then I will certainly be giving you a call.
