    @SGH I see a 14-in Cimeter Knife w/curved Blade, fibrox & Nylon Handle and a 10-in curved Breaking knife with fibrox handle but no 14" breaking knife just Cimeter knife for 14". It looks like the Breaking knives are 10" and smaller and 12" and larger are called Cimeter knives any difference?

    If it's the 14" Cimeter style. It's a breaking knife my friend. The ones you have to watch close is the 10" and shorter. Why? There are numerous boning knifes this length. When you buy the 10" or shorter be sure it says "breaking knife" or you may end disappointed my friend.

    That's about what I paid for mine. You will love the big breaker for cutting raw meat. It has no equal or peer in this arena. None.

    Brother Apple it would be my honor. Make you a deal. Unit 7 will be complete and ready for testing and tuning in about 3 weeks. I will roll the big unit up to your place and you can watch me tune and set the baffle. For the inaugural cook after it's tuned and online we will test run it with as many stuffed chickens as you like. You have my word brother Apple. But I still want to ship you these I stuffed today. Address please sir.
