Unit #6 screaming along at 525 degrees and kicking out biscuits.

There is no better way to cook biscuits than over oak wood. Cornbread for that matter as well.

Potatoes stuffed with shrimp, crawfish, crab, onion, parsley, bacon, cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
This makes a outstanding stuffing for potatoes as well as for poultry.

Thanks man. It's far and away the most versatile unit that I have. With manipulation of the 4 dampers I can create several different zones and temps.

For the ultimate country style ribs, once they are completely cooked, cover them in this and let them sit about 20 minutes in a warmer before serving. Man you talk about delicious. Warning!! Do not use this on brisket as the name suggests. Why? Just trust the honorable SGH on this one and don't do it. Put it on your country style ribs instead.
