3/4s poodle and 1/4 old English Sheepdog. His poodle pop was 25 pounds his 50/50 sheepadoodle mom was 55 pounds. He reached 62 before he was a year old. No idea when he will stop adding weight since he is only 15 months.ColbyLang said:More poodle than he seems.

The closest they get to some kind of truce:

Instead of port and starboard it’s dogland and catville with the Dead Sea in between.

We caught and pet 4 of the 5 barn kittens today while Wally watched. It’s funny their different personalities, two boys want to fight to the death, a girl and boy are more timid, submissive, and there is one I’ve never caught who is absolutely terrified of the whole ordeal.South of Columbus, Ohio.

Resting maybe, bet if you ask them they'll say it's guarding. 🙂Ozzie_Isaac said:Resting after a hard day of relaxing.

Well this was a new one to us all. Came inside earlier and couldn’t find the lad. Looked all over and finally found him here. Can’t figure out why.

I only wish he would jump in/out during baths. He hates that space 🤷♂️Gulfcoastguy said:It’s Saturday, bath time.LBGE, 28” BS, Weber Kettle, HCI 7.8 SE Texas -

I hope you have a powerful vacuum with 2 German Shedders in the house. Sadly we had to put ours down back around the beginning of this year.poster said:

The 15 month Sheepadoodle chewed a hole in my mattress right on the spot that I usually sleep on. Both dogs are now evicted from the room when I am not there. His vet appointment is next week, I ought to have him neutered.

Just multiple cheaper ones, and toss em out when they fail. We have been getting rid of all carpets over the last few years. Only one more to go now. The only problem with no carpet is the hair always tends to drift into the corners and other hard top get spots. We wouldn't trade no hair for no dogs though, not in a million years. Sorry to hear about yours, it's never easy. I have been through it a few times myself, wish they had a much longer life span.CTMike said:

My heart is wrenching right now. Having to put my daughter's best friend down this evening. Absolutely soul crushing. We have been fighting a hind end lameness (ataxia) that came on suddenly. She continues to fall over and struggles to get back up. Tried every test and every treatment for the past 9 weeks. She just isn't getting better and you can see the fight is leaving her. Had a few bad nights that keep getting worse unless she has massive doses of steroids. 8 years old and just had a colt in January. This is the friend she talks to about everything in her life. All the good and the bad, and now she doesn't have that friend to help her through this. Just gutted right now. The last photo is the last time she was able to nurse her colt.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.
