Just as with declassifying material with his "mind", he still doesn't get there is a process/steps/set of rules one must go thru to make that happen; not even a current  President could do what he thinks he can do.  
If he didn't still have the support of the bottom-third of all americans, I'd find this hilarious.

A federal appeals court yesterday agreed to expedite consideration of the Justice Department’s request to halt an outside review of documents seized from Mar-a-Lago. The Atlanta-based 11th Circuit Court of Appeals issued an order setting tighter deadlines in the government’s appeal to remove what prosecutors contend is an unnecessary obstacle to their investigation into potentially illegal retention of classified information, theft of government records and obstruction of justice. The schedule set by the appeals court for legal briefing on the issue is not quite as rapid as the Justice Department proposed, but is faster than Trump’s legal team urged. Under the new schedule, Trump’s lawyers would have to stake out their position in the dispute by Nov. 10 and briefing would be complete by Nov. 17. More lies from the Biden administration -Mayorkas got caught.  Starting to look like a “house of cards” administration, with lots of cards missing.
