AZ has permitless carry both open and concealed. Cannot carry them into places where majority of the sales come from alcohol or if posted. We do not have a rash of shootings, still plenty of good ol' fist-a-cuffs.

Less than 19 other states. Also, these are death rates. Arizonians just might be better shots. Look at crimes involving a weapon, or just gun injuries. I bet the order shuffles a bit.
