I merely helped with filling pancake batter dispenser and flipping some bacon. Everything cooked in bacon fat, glad I don't have a cardiologist,  yet 😂

A bit windy here for grilling tonight. Just splitting a steak with DH for dinner. Rubbed with garlic, salt, pepper, and chipotle powder.

@BeanHead around 550 dome. Started them out with grate on the fire ring then raised them up after searing. Your t-bone looks great. Who got the filet side?

@shtgunal3 DH prefers medium so we usually split both sides and I get the rare stuff closer to the bone.

Not pancakes but here are some hand-squeezed meatballs from an archive, the other two proteins are chicken gizzards and pig trotters.

Forgot photos at every step.  Had a wonderful dinner with friends. Had crispy salmon with a roasted beet and garlic lemon yogurt sauce pair with a rhubarb and sugar/lemon roasted side.  The garlic lemon yogurt sauce really brought both together. Only picture is a few of the empty wine bottles.
