Not much to look at, but made this with some leftovers - polenta pressed into a ci pan as kind of a crust, baked, then filled with the leftover veg, some chopped rib meat and shredded cheese mixed into some beaten eggs as a binder and baked until crispy.Love you bro!
-
Sautéed and chopped mushrooms, the last of the frozen Christmas ham, peas and some Gorgonzola added to the boxed Mac and cheese.Love you bro!

Quick wings. Sprinkled with leftover spicy kimchi instant noodle broth seasoning, then coated with corn starch. In baby pellet pooper...preheated to 450 in under ten minutes, cooked hot and fast about 8-9 min each side. Crispy like deep fried.
