What did you do to make it "korean inspired"? Kimchi? Gochujang? The rolls look good, too.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -

The rolls look good, too.gochujang, sesame oil, soy, brown sugar, some ginger, rice wine vinegar, seems i can tolerate the gochujang pretty heavy now, can just eat it straight up like a yogurt........chives arent up yet, would have tossed chives in the marinade. bakery that used to just serve just the sub shops added the major grocery chain lately, about time, sub rolls had been terrible around here for too longusually do these with shaved beef, but burger is cheap, marinates quickly, and the cook was indoors. the weather was falling slush with my wok burner out doors........fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -

Farted around with a flank steak today. Marinated and decided to flat top it (part
of the farting around). Realized the jalapeños I thought were good weren’t so I skipped them.Worked out fine for quick deviation of street fajitas/tacos. Dog was happy for sure.LBGE, 28” BS, Weber Kettle, HCI 7.8 SE Texas -

Check out the author of the reference cited. I've been eyeing it for some, since hearing about him on NPR some time ago. I think he died last year, after a long culinary career.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
