Also, it seems the halloumi image didn't stick. Been having a few issues with tagging people, too.

Tried a little experiment. Melted a stick of butter and tossed in a handful of Meat Church Honey Hog then simmered a bit to dissolve. Injected and basted the chix before rolling it at 325 with an apple chunk. Wife approved.

Oak Barn Beef skirt steak. Sliced thin and served over rice seasoned with Meat Church Fajita, charro beans, salsa, shredded cheddar, and sour cream. No plates pics but it was damm good. Will definitely do it again.___________________________________
