Made 12 qts of butter chicken/murgh makhani for International Festival at caliprince’s school yesterday. Hastily garnished one pan to take a pic.Served with a little mini Stonefire naan. Pepper Stout Beef...had to try it w all the talk lately. I have a go to chuckie recipe that's a family favorite. We shall see how the stout beef holds up.

Smoked turkey finished product, I was pleasantly surprised how good this was. I wasn’t able to get a smoke ring since it cooked faster than I had anticipated. Bonus fork!LBGE

Flank and thighs, corn on the cob in the pouch. Playlist was 85 years of Willie Nelson on Spotify, as curated by Garden and Gun. Wonder if they will update it for 90? Happy Birthday Willie. Have his autograph on a ticket stub from the 70s and still need to dig back into old slide negatives for the pic of when we got it. Hope everyone has a relaxed week.
