Cauliflower Masala, Paneer and Garlic and Herb Naan. Been wanting to learn Indian cooking. Bought a cook book the other day and found a local Indian grocery store. Diving head first into it.

Bachelor night, prime ribeye sous vide 1 hour 45 minutes at 128 the seared in beef bacon grease in really hot cast iron.  Beef bacon wedge salad and fries to round it out.  Meat sweats engaged.

Creamy blue cheese dressing (I like lighthouse), red onion, grape tomatoes, balsamic reduction, blue cheese crumbles, and beef bacon I found at the butcher shop today(a first for me).

You’re in luck. Here is tonight cook. Naan, butter paneer and chettinad chicken masala. Not pictured was the seasoned tomato yogurt salad.

I had heard of it but never could obtain it.  I saw it at our new local Costco (we moved states) and new to be on the look out.  Stuff was really good it’s like bacon and beef jerky had a baby and this is the prodigy we all need.

I could eat paneer everyday and not be tired of it. It's one of my favorite things, in almost any form.

Don’t look like much, but this is one of the best things I’ve made in awhile. Parmesan shrimp risotto. Delicious.
