@MasterC - when you can find them with decent marbling (like you did) they cook up quite well.  Brisket on a stick right there.
Idiot proof brisket.  I can consistently make these tasty.  I have yet to make a brisket I like.

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Or - just be patient and get the APPLICATION part of the job done even if it takes 30 or 45 minutes! After all...this gasket should last you for many years when done properly! So WHY be impatient, pal?

As for "spilling out the side then JUST DON'T try to clean it off then!!!! After it has cured the 24 hours then the clean up is easier!

@TEXASBGE2018 what are those wheels going on? There's a new Tahoe in my neighborhood with a flat black wrap and copper wheels like that. It's gorgeous.

Not much. No plans for a roof top tent or anything but probably an awning. Other than that it will be used to haul camping gear, or the occasional Costco Christmas Tree.

Thanks @dbCooper, swmbo drove it through corn stalks last year and I about lost it. lol  I bought it in fall of 2021 as a place holder until Broncos are readily available, though the 4 runner has won me over, other than being gutless. Right now it has maintained its value with 16,000 miles.  I was just looking at a 2020 Platinum 150 magma red.. I must be getting old.
