If you know more about the owner, any insights appreciated as I am now gonna pursue beyond a luck encounter.

That damn thing is nearly a classic. I can remember when the PT Cruiser was cool.
I flipped the sun-rider back on my Jeep last weekend and the wind was so bad, I had to pull over and close it. And it wasn't because I was driving fast. This Spring has been awful here in the Midwest
