Read an article recently that your car knows more about you than Google. I guess this is just one of the many ways it captures all the data. Having older cars w/o the fancy interactive features places me in the car knowledge luddite camp. Was recently reading about Mercedes and their subscription unlocking faster acceleration. Sickening, IMO. What is wrong with our species?

The biggest thing that's wrong with our species is that our noses are directly above our mouths, yet we can't tell when we have bad breath. What's the point of that? The whole reason for a nose is so that you can smell good things and bad things and act accordingly, yet you could have meat shreds in between your teeth for weeks and not know your own breath smells like a turd sandwich.

High end cars are taking a page from the airlines industry; charge for dang near everything beyond all you paid for with the basic ride. When you look at the Mercedes pricing structure, it looks like the "life of the vehicle" pricing is set for a bit longer than three years-likely the lease ownership average. I wonder if the lifetime stays with the vehicle?
