  • Just a reminder that voting ends today at noon.  You have time to go back and show some of the late entries some love today.

I think we have a great number of submissions. We did some real good here folks!

Taking some liberties with what "counts" as a cook, I think there are between 43 and 47 entries here.  For the donors -let's call it 45.  I'll be rounding up to 50 in terms of the donation I make, but I'll leave that to individual donors to decide how they want to roll.

There appears to be a clear front-runner at the moment, with over 20 likes.  Then there are several with 17 or so.  This one could come down to the wire.

  • By the way, regardless of how much individuals donors chip in, it seems clear we'll pass $5k total.   And that's what many of us were shooting for.  Nice work folks!

I’m in — late to join, just tell me where to send the dough.

Just a simple rib cook. St. Louis style, peach jalapeño glaze. And cornbread sammy as the new innovation.

    That looks fantastic!

    Here are the results:

@Clutch227 with the victory running away, with 27 votes for his dry-aged bone-in ribeye with garlic smashed potatoes (page 5).  She's a beaut, Clark!

For second place, we had a tie between @SciAggie's mexican savory crepes (page 4) and @thetrim's caveman tomahawk steaks (page 6) - each with 19 votes.

    Nice work everyone!
    Awesome !
