@Foghorn - I would gladly be the other half of that cook...the flats or flappers.  That is quite a load and sauce looks like a vision into molten lava.  Great eats wait.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Is anyone keeping a tally of who has the most cookers?  I've seen some ridiculously awesome stuff on here
Sight unseen I would wager on @SciAggie.  But I could be wrong here.  All great fun and diversion as well.
Cali has this. He has stuff that he has never seen.
I’ve heard rumors of a 36” wok. I’d like to see it put to work.
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

The sad part is I can’t pull out the big paella pans until we can gather in larger numbers. A 32” or 22” paella for two ain’t happening...
I have a patagonia cross I haven’t broken in yet. Maybe I’ll cook some beef shiners on it. A spring lamb would be awesome but again - not for a household of two.
I’ll keep noodling my way through my small scale stuff though. I’m having a ton of fun. This is giving me something to think about.

Cali may win numbers on Weber’s alone. He’s definitely in the race on diversity as well but he’s a Weber hoarder.

And tie-breaker is back stock bags of lump. RIP everyone but Cali.

@The Cen-Tex Smoker This may be heresy but I don’t own a Weber - never have. I’ve cooked on them for 35 years at my MIL house.

I have one tiny jumbo Joe that goes to the beach with us every year. It cooks beach dogs and burgers and they are delish. I’ve had it 2 years and it’s the only Weber I’ve had. I dig it.

I read that as Shriners the first time, but that would be wrong.

Dude... She's gonna find this thread!!! It's taken me this long to convince caliqueen that I don't have half the cookers, or charcoal , that I actually do possess.

SWMBO insists that I use all of my other cookers first, before I'm allowed to designate the yard as one.

Which leads me to believe that she's open to the idea =)

Note to self: hang out with @Foghorn ‘s kids more . The apples are clearly better than the tree.

I just read this out loud to both of them.  They agree.  As do I.  They are here making crepes from scratch.  They didn't get that from either of their parents.

I’m waiting for @foghorn to bust out this mystery cooker.  I’m really hoping it’s a turned over shopping cart.
